This is general course covering concepts and principles of relativity, atomic and nuclear physics, radioactivity, elementary particles, cryogenics and modern technologies related to medical diagnoses. The course will cover both conceptual and mathematical approach in the discussion of the topics. Discussion will give emphasis on how the concepts will be taught to students as they will be future science educators. The students are expected to develop understanding of the synergy of physics and mathematics and in their ability to explain the mechanisms of the universe.
