This course develops understanding of mass, energy, heat, work efficiency, ideal and real thermodynamic cycles and processes. It covers first and second laws of thermodynamics, ideal gas law, properties of real gases, and the general equation for closed and open systems. It represents the basic concepts of physics specifically in thermodynamics that will form a foundation of science and technology. These concepts are developed clearly and logically with applications from everyday experiences.
