This course presents the general introduction of Economics, the interaction of its various elements, and its effects in general to human lives. Specifically, it provides the introduction of economics concepts and theory, policy, practice, with particular reference and emphasis to the Philippine economic phenomenon. It also includes the general background about taxation and agrarian reform.
