This course discusses development of the guidance program, analysis of the different types of guidance programs, and effective staffing, processes, techniques and problems relative to the organization, administration and supervision of guidance and techniques of gaining support. It deals with how responsive counseling programs and services are developed, organize, managed and evaluated. Basic concepts are discussed in classroom and find application in actual program development
