The students are acquainted with requirements necessary to develop workable plans for natural and industrial types of disasters and emergencies. Principles and techniques for preparing for various types of disasters, loss prevention measures, and preservation of organization resources are discussed. A case study approach is used to develop and refine the desired application and critical skills.
