After completing this course, the students must be able to:

1. Anticipate the dramatic changes in the marketing environment, particularly in economic, natural, and technological environments
2. Discuss the behavioral aspects of projects in terms of project personnel and the project manager.
3. Discuss the nature and importance of a work breakdown structure in project management.
4. Give a general description of PERT/CPM techniques.
5. Construct simple network diagrams.
