BSTM 110: This course provides opportunities to apply the classroom learning to actual work in a commercial establishment, government or non-government agencies on the field laboratory. This course deals with actual work experience in hotel operation with emphasis on front office and other offices such as accounting, sales and marketing, and human resource department.
