This course is an intensive study of the different fundamentals of intellectual property law that consist of the topics in patents, copyrights, trade secrets, and trademarks. It examines the fundamental principles of these bodies of law, their underlying policies, and how the laws inter-relate. It is intended for technology students pursuing their careers as innovators and researchers in the future.
