This course deals with the different principles and concepts in Fiscal planning and management in education. This will enable you to analyze the various factors that affect the Fiscal success or failure of educational institutions. Moreover, this course equips you to become morally adept and enlightened in dealing with school finances, money sourcing, school Fiscal policies among others. As incoming educational managers, in the global age, you are also expected to be exposed and to produce a detailed analysis of a proposed project that considers all of the critical aspects in order to determine the likelihood of it succeeding.
