This course intends to develop among school managers the ability to manage financial resources by focusing on the areas of financial planning, management of financial assets and evaluation of the financial capability of the school. The concern will be on the discussions of concepts, theories and practices related to sound management of school finances and physical resources. Special emphasis shall be on the discussion on resource generation and the establishment and management of income generating projects in school. Emphasis is also given on the general aspects of financing, construction, and management of school physical plant including logistics, inventory, repairing and maintenance of school physical plant.
