This is to give you a brief background of the course Human Resource Management .
The course human resource management focuses on how a certain organization enables its staff to effectively, efficiently and proactively render their services, through their skills and abilities, in fulfilling their roles and functions therein, and significantly contribute to the organization’s mission and purpose. Thus, good human resource management is vital for an organization in attracting and retaining its good workforce. This could lead to the reduction of risks of an organization in terms of operation and overall reputation.
This will equip your knowledge and ideas on the importance of human resources in the success of any organization.

This is a course in the study of the history of the Philippines and it geographic features. It traces the develop of the Philippines from its primitive culture to the emergence of its modern culture in the 21st Century. It dwells on the discussion on Philippine culture, beliefs, practices and religion before the coming of the Spanish voyagers, the Spanish regime for several hundreds of years, the puppet republic during the Japanese Occupation, World War II, and the rise of democracy under American Tutelage. The transition from the first president of the Philippines to the present is also the primary subject of discussion in this course.

The second half of the course deals with the properties, nomenclature, general and specific reactions of the different classes of organic compounds and their basic mechanisms. Laboratory work is an integral part of the course. This involves the performance of exercises and experiments which acquaint the students with some of the fundamental chemical laboratory operations as the basic concepts and principles of inorganic and organic chemistry are illustrated.
